Leadership

“I have always been rooted in the fulfillment I find in helping others during their most vulnerable moments. Tri-Cities has not only cared for thousands of individuals but has also become a support system for their families.”
Jeff Wilder
LNHA
Administrator
A Cumberland native, Jeff has been a lifelong resident of the area. He joined our company even before the building’s opening, overseeing the final construction stages and the recruitment of the initial staff. With business degrees from both Southeast Community College and Lincoln Memorial University, Jeff brings a strong background in business administration to his role as Administrator. Outside of work, Jeff actively participates in various community activities and is well-regarded by his colleagues in the county. Despite his initial career aspirations in business, Jeff found his true calling in managing a skilled nursing facility, driven by his desire to assist others during their time of need. Jeff understands the significance of not only offering quality care to the residents but also creating employment opportunities for the local community. His personal connection to the facility goes beyond his professional role, as members of his own immediate family have received care here. This firsthand experience further fuels his dedication to maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment for both residents and staff. As the Administrator, Jeff combines his business expertise with a genuine passion for improving the lives of others. Under his leadership, Tri-Cities continues to provide exceptional care and serve as a vital resource for the community.

“I was fortunate to have been exposed to the world of healthcare from an early age. These experiences, combined with my current leadership position, have solidified my commitment to not only providing compassionate care but also guiding and inspiring others in the field.”
Beth Craig

Beth’s leadership ensures that our nursing staff provides exceptional care, upholding the highest standards. As the Director of Nursing, Beth oversees and guides our nursing staff, ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are upheld.
